Humidity regulator
Regulators are designed to control e.g. heating, ventilation, humidifier, dehumidifier,
etc. When adjusted air humidity level is reached, relay contact for connected device
control is switched over and signal LED is switched ON. It is possible to adjust the
humidity level for control by means of a DIP switch inside of the plastic case. The step of
adjustment is 1%RH. With the DIP switch it is also possible to adjust hysteresis to ±1%RH
from the control level or ±2%RH from the control level. This is useful if higher protection
of electronics against water (IP65) is required and the humidity control level is not
readjusted often. When frequent adjustment of humidity control level is required, model
with humidity selector on the case front side is recommended. Then very easy adjustment
with 1%RH step is enabled and the adjusted humidity level is indicated on the selector.
These models have "D" as a last letter of the model name and the protection of the case is
IP40.
Regulators are available in wall-mount, duct-mount and bar types. Regulator contains a
microprocessor based control circuitry in a durable watertight plastic case with connection
terminals and a humidity sensor in a protection cover or in a bronze sintered filter.
Computerized design ensures maximum long term stability and temperature compensation of
the humidity sensor.
State-of-the-art capacitive polymer sensor ensures excellent calibration long term
stability, inertia against water and condensation. Humidistats are designed for use in
non-aggressive environment.
